Reflection 2: Systematic Approach to Teaching
Systematic approach to teaching guides educators to facilitate in learning. It sets a clearer and specific objectives that must be able to accomplished at the end of the lesson connected with the evaluation to be able to identify if the students have acquired knowledge. It also guides educators on how to teach the learners wether with a discussion, demonstration, etc. Systematic approach also help educators in identifying what activities will be given to the learners providing also the materials, tools or equipment that is needed in the lesson. Last but not the least, it provides the implementation of instruction which is very crucial in learning process. To sum it up, systematic approach is very essential in the learning process that mainly focuses in the students.
